Rachel Motley is a multidisciplinary artist based in New York and Washington, DC. While Motley specializes in digital illustration, her practices additionally include garment customization, logo design, painting, product design and creative direction.

Ever passionate about using her creativity journey to inspire others, Motley strives to use her platform to inspire and inform an audience of over 36,000 users by providing creative resources and how-to design videos.

Her blog, Good Art, uses images and interviews to explore and redefine the feasibility of existing freely as an artist. By examining the portfolios and perspectives of black and brown creators, it provides a glimpse into the possibilities of creative fields that exist, awaiting to be explored.

She has worked with a collection of global brands, helping bring creative visions to life. She has collaborated with Coach twice, where she custom painted a jacket for Michael B. Jordan and designed a motif for Dream Week that was printed nationally bags, the New York Knicks, where she designed the New York Knicks HBCU Night logo and ESPN, where she illustrated the Week 0 Announcement for College Game Day.
